Hello, is there a free, downloadable program that allows you to create your own police skins which will work in game?

I have no idea why but the more lights a car has on it I love it more haha!

Well surely if a tow truck mod can be made then I don't see why someone can't make a mod like this? Someone correct me if I am wrong.

I can only go with the information I have for my country which is that Police Scotland do not (to my knowledge) discriminate against poor sight, all you will have to do is get a certificate from your optician and they will still consider you.

Not 100% sure but looks like a Police Interceptor or a Traffic Pursuit Vehicle. Because Scotland is the best! Haha!

I heard it on a youtube video, cant remember what on it was though, it just like gives precise details about a pursuit you are in like speed etc.
