that isnt helping for me i cant get the menu up i even tried changeing the toggleinfopannl key

i have all the files and i have it from off to on but still nothing i can turn the sirn on buts thats it and when i press crtl backspace it says els exprasmode disappeld

hey when i wanna play gta 4 with els v7 it dosnt turn on when i press j and i have turend on all of the tesxt in the ini ps sorry for bad writing im tried :) i hope someone can help

why cant ppl just tell how to get it to work when turning all of the off to on in the ini dosnt work?
