Ekalb got a reaction from RyderForip for a file, Bravado Buffalo Police [LCPD Vector] By Ekalb
Bravado Buffalo Police [LCPD Vector] by Ekalb
    Version 1.0
APOLOGIES: I have replaced the file with one that actually includes the vehicle!
Just like the one in EFLC but slightly better!

Renewal of the contract between the state of Liberty and the car manufacturer Bravado saw the addition of two new models from the Buffalo class of sedans to state and local level law enforcement agencies.

The second of these models is a new and improved Buffalo for LCPD general duties police use. It features a non-ELS Vector style (the same as the original police cruiser and police patrol cars) in addition to a prisoner divider, illuminating PC and a functional traffic advisor bar. Bravado engineers have also worked tirelessly around the clock to discover how to place different markings on the LCPD fleet, meaning that now the vehicle supports multiple liverys. The team at Bravado has also run short of their supply of physics-defying unbreakable glass and are now sad to report that the glass on the door windows and on the lightbar will now break realistically when damaged!

The vehicle remains relatively low in file size meaning it shouldn't cause as much of a strain on games or systems as other modded vehicles well, and the fact that it is a modified default vehicle should allow it to fit well into your game world.

The model is provided in open and unlocked format in order to encourage members of the modding community. If you wish to share liveries of this vehicle, a template is provided. However if you wish to share modified versions of the vehicle files themselves, fair credit to all contributed authors, myself included, is expected.

As I continue to hopefully improve my skills in gta vehicle modding, any feedback is appreciated.

A thanks must go out to those who helped beta test and resolve some issues during this car's development.

Ekalb got a reaction from Officer GILLETTE ABDI for a file, Hazard Systems 90 Series Lightbar with Messageboard
Contained here are two variants of the 90 Series lightbar distributed by Hazard Systems, one with LED modules and another with halogen lamps.
The lightbar is currently not prepared for compatability with the Emergency Lighting System Mod.
An interesting component of this lightbar is that it features an LED messageboard that is functional when used in conjunction with any mod that allows the player to control the vehicle's indicators, such as the Indicator Script or the Strobes mod.
Although the vehicles included in this package will function correctly ingame if you wish to test the lightbar out, it is intended more as a resource for modders to include on their own vehicles.

Additional modification to non-els by Sam.

    Other:
Crown Victoria base vehicle by Chasez, Lt.Caine, Bxbugs123 and Sam.
UV-mapped Vapid police cruiser by Lt. Caine.

    NOTES
    ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
You are free to use this lightbar (or any modification of it) in your own vehicle mods, however if released to the public they must be accompanied by adequate acknowledge of the lightbar authors, namely KevinDV, Sam and Ekalb.

To function with the indicators, the LED messageboard is made up of two components, one that is attached to the right rear indicator and one that is attached to the left rear indicator.
Templates have been included for custom messages or to allow you to create your own.

The halogen takedown lamps in the centre of the lightbar are attatched to the headlights of the vehicle so they may be controlled with them by the player.

Please report any bugs you find so that this resourcemay be improved.

Ekalb reacted to Hullian111 for a file, Humberside Police Maibatsu Vincent Retexture
MADE WITH THE UK POLICING TEMPLATE PACK!
The last time I uploaded something here was a miserable failure, so here I am, new goal, trying again. This is Ekalb's Police Vincent (Non-ELS) (Thanks for that mate) modified to give the appearance of a Humberside Police Proton Persona, used by the force up until somewhere around about 2010 or something. Using many reference images, I have made the texture as accurate as can be with the limitations GTA IV texturing has.
However, I already know there are problems and issues with the texture.
A big problem you may see is that the lightbar is NOT just white and blue. I have no idea how to fix that without
getting too technical, sorry, and the textures may be a bit wonky and off-scale and inaccurate to the real Inspira, because I'm not the best texture editor in the world - I have tried to recreate it to the very best, but as always, the template and GIMP 2.0 have limitations.   But I'm trusting you'll ignore, or even fix the little nitpicks that exist within my download. The original model is located here (much credit goes to @Ekalbfor creating a stunning model AND NUMBER PLATE TEXTURES WOO), and well, don't redistribute it without my permission! Enjoy!

    Hi,
This is my first conversion with a new lightbar.
It's unlocked, you can learn from it.
If you use parts please ask for permission.
For new skins or updates of these skins go to the creators, Pylophony and Blueorange.
    Upload only on LCPDFR.com
    Do not re-upload elsewhere.
    Hope you'll like it.
