The reason I asked for the Rage log again is because I wanted to see if anything changed when you changed the PTT to 60000. I know you mentioned you've changed it before, but it is still 10000 in this log. Making it 60000 can help prevent other issues in the future, even if it doesn't fix this particular issue.

Is LSPDFR installed correctly? Please show a screenshot of where your LSPDFR is installed. Going forward, can you also upload your full RagePluginHook.log file (from the GTA V folder)?

I don't think you can give a blanket recommendation like this. Perhaps if other people are experiencing the same uncommon issue as you, but it seems the update has been working fine for most people.

Game crashes can happen from installing other non-car mods as well.

You need to figure out which mod(s) inside your mods folder is causing the crash. If you can't, you need to start with a new mods folder. Install mods one at a time and test them before installing the next one.
