  1. 0.4 outfit settings for Dutch EUP Uniforms

    Hi Everyone! i noticed there were no Dutch outfits so i made this. Installation instructions below:
     
    -- Installation --
    1. Download EUP
    2. (Optional) Download EUP Menu
    3. Download Dutch EUP 2.0
    4. Copy the two files included to: Grand Theft Auto V\lspdfr\data\custom
    DONE!
    -- Note --
    Converting these outfits is very time consuming, as such ive only been able to complete LSPD and some of the NOOSE outfits. calling backup in Blaine county or calling
    State Patrol might cause the outfits to glitch. i plan on adding more in the future
    Female outfits don't work for Dutch EUP 2.0, as such ive removed females from spawning for the LSPD.
