  10. Cheesef1 has risen to the challenge and has made an appropriate skin, he came out with a fist draft, needed some minor tweaking, Then came his second draft, I changed the rear license plate to make it look more local(to me that is)(but more appropriate to LCPD) made for this vehicle: http://gtapolicemods.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=2422 Thank you Cheesef1!
  11. Seeing her live also includes a live band for her to sing along with, so think bigger than computer screen, think concert hall/arena/stadium big I would love to go see Miku live :3

On the sides, could say either 'City of Liberty' or just 'Liberty City'. It hope that these photos will be enough to get started, Thanks for taking the time to read this!
  13. unless you plan on overclocking like crazy, you shouldnt need a ton of fans, and for a $700-$800 computer, chances are the bare minimum will be all you need If you want to look into custom built computers, there are many places out there that will do it, cyberpowerpc, ibuypower are low cost sellers, back in 2009, I purchased a computer from cyberpowerpc for a little over $800 shipped oh, even if the pc doesnt come with enough fans, you can always buy more later, just do what you have to do to get the new pc up and running
  14. That computer just might not be worth upgrading. Starting from scratch may be a better option. If you have a limited budget, you could start buying computer components month by month, as in, buy the processor the first month, then the second month, buy the motherboard and memory, the month after that would be the power supply and cases turn, you will then need an operating system and maybe a dvd drive to install said operating system, go for the gpu last as most cpu's and motherboards have the ability to do onboard graphics, I know you will not be able to game efficiently with that, but you can at least get the computer up and running first. I myself have a limited budget and had to do the month by month thing twice for 2 different computers. Some parts such as the dvd drive from the old computer can be used in the new computer, you can always keep using the same keyboard and mouse that you have been using for a while already. Usually, the cpu and gpu are the more expensive parts, followed by the motherboard and memory and psu. Sure, it may take some time to gather all the parts but it will be more satisfying.
