V2.0 Features a new and improved model that fixes the destination marker issue! Added features are a lower file-size as well as the features noted below.

Liberty City Inspection stickers, fleet stickers and permits displayed in the front window
Updated car colors
Unique dirt textures for car and tires

Please use "taxi.wft" and "taxi.wtd", instead of replacing the "cabby" or "taxi2" causes issues with the destination marker being cut off completely, only if you decide to take a cab.

Its a simple but pleasant mod that adds another touch of realism to Liberty City, while being, as always, lore friendly.

I created an Alderney State Trooper skin for the Swift, and decided to share something rather than keeping it in my personal collection.

This uses CJ24's awesome Swift police helicopter, which you can download here:

The livery is based off of PriMan's fantastic Buzzard skins for his unarmed Buzzard. This also utilizes Abraxas' vanilla source files for the Alderney triangle seen. Great work to the both of you!

Post Op, Liberty State Delivery, Alpha Mail & Logger Beer Skins for CTI55's 2011 Brute Boxville! Very vanilla.

This model features a unique "Commercial" Liberty State license plate as well with various matching textures for optimal setup and appearance.

I also added a 5th, clear livery in case you preferred to have an clean version as well.

Once again these were made to coincide with Lt. Caine's excellent POLC v3.6 & POLP v3.5 and their LCPD skins to match their real-life counterparts. Great pains were taken to get these as close to the real thing as possible, and of course this was optimized for low end PC's and people who like to keep it "lore-friendly" so to speak.

BIG shout out to Ekalb and his fantastic work!!! I have been waiting for someone to make this model for a LONG time, and Ekalb was kind enough to fill my request, and I am OCD about this stuff. Go download his model! *golf clap*

NOOSE Federal Protective Service Livery Pack


INCLUDES:

All mods are separated for easy pick-and-choose. Links to all model downloads are also included in each ReadMe within each separated folder. These are made for models that are mostly non-ELS enabled. Some models do have ELS counterparts as well.

BLURB:
These cars and their skins were made to coincide with Lt. Caine's excellent POLC v3.6 & POLP v3.5 and their LCPD skins to match their real-life counterparts. Like these models, I work with stock models, that are suited for added realism, without breaking away from the GTA universe, and are optimized for low-end machines that want quality and realism without performance suffering. Many hours were taken to get these skins just right with Photoshop, OpenIV, and of course the game itself.

These skins are based on the Department of Homeland Security's Federal Proctective Services cars. Continuing that realism that Lt. Caine did to the existing cars, I decided to add onto that, and make great skins for exsisting cars, while adding a touch of GTA-style humor. This couldn't have been done without the talented and hardworking modders mentioned.
