This mod restores the cut pre-release m_y_cop model in full. The only alteration to it is higher texture resolution from the vanilla PC version of the game for several diffuse and normal textures, as far as the clothes are concerned. The rest remain as they are.

This mod alters the episodic FIB ped (m_y_ciadlc_02) with some additional texture variants and meshes like jeans, badges and some belt accessories. It also normalizes them so you don't get different colored text per jacket/body armor variant.

Welcome to the Improved Emergency Liveries Pack! This pack features complete livery and color overhauls for the Ambulance, Fire Truck and Police Maverick in order to modernize and brighten their appearances, bringing these often-overlooked vehicles up to 2008-period accuracy while remaining lore-friendly! I was motivated to make these textures after, well, I grew tired of the dated and somewhat bland Vanilla designs. The Vanilla Ambulance livery is a '90s period piece, seemingly belonging to a lore equivalent of the NYC EMS, which, in reality, was merged with the FDNY in 1998. The Fire Truck falls into a similar trap as well, with '90s-vintage color distribution and, curiously, nowhere on the truck does the word "FIRE" or "FIRE DEPARTMENT" appear, with the exception of the patch- despite "FIRE" text going unused on the actual texture. The Police Maverick's livery is essentially the same as the police cars, down to the "LCPD" text on the side. While this design isn't that bad, it is inaccurate to reality and looks a bit boring- trust me, with my mods, you'll see the difference!
 
This pack features:
 
-New CarCols entries: New colors for all three vehicles- a brighter shade of red for the Fire Truck and Ambulance, and an impressive blue paintjob for the Police Maverick!

-Ambulance livery overhaul: FDLC markings for the Ambulance, along with new "FIRE DEPARTMENT" text, along with the Star of Life actually used by the FDNY! This livery is compatible with any Ambulance mod that uses Vanilla mapping, such as Thundersmacker's Vapid Steed Ambulance. The livery has been included in .dds format for individual replacement.

-Fire Truck livery overhaul: New "FIRE" markings along the side, as well as a tasteful remembrance decal. The "69" number has been changed to be black-and-white. Several smaller details have been added to the truck's rear and control panels, inspired by markings seen on actual FDNY trucks.

-Police Maverick livery overhaul: A cleaner, higher-quality livery, with "POLICE" text becoming more prominent.

-Vanilla style: Blends seamlessly into the game world, and looks like it's been there since launch day!

-Handling improvements for Ambulance and Fire Truck: Improved durability for the rigors of rescue!

Welcome to the Carbine Rifle retexture pack! Here you can choose from four different high-quality retextures for the default Carbine Rifle!
 
When developing GTA 4, Rockstar did a pretty solid job in choosing guns for the two "weapon sets" featured in the game- However, many of the models themselves have nasty errors and poor-quality textures to the point that you can tell what they developed first versus what came later on! (cough cough Glock with two rear sights cough cough Airsoft 870/Ithaca hybrid with no loading port cough cough). While the M4-based Carbine Rifle itself was a much better model than those two, it still had its fair share of errors- Fortunately, I discovered that I could fix these things and more with a bit of texture editing!
 
General fixes and changes:
 
-Texture size doubled from 512x512 to 1024x1024 with no impact on gameplay
-Texture given a darker, black tint with very little artifacting
-Removed "stop chillin'" text from bottom of magazine
-Redesigned fire selector, now set to automatic fire
-Fixed normal layer to accommodate changes
 
This pack features four new textures:
 
L.C. Arms Carbine: A higher-quality texture that takes inspiration from the vanilla design of the Carbine!
L.C. Arms Patriotic: An L.C. Arms texture adorned with the U.S. flag on the right side of the magwell!
Hawk & Little Patrol Carbine: A texture inspired by the Hawk & Little brand from GTA 5!
Vom Feuer Carbine: Another design that draws upon the manufacturer introduced in GTA 5!

Textures are fairly low resolution and the helmet is oversized (comes from NHeliPilot), but they're meant to be seen from afar primarily, anyway.
