Can someone give me a hand with this? I've installed it correctly but when I put the car that have ELS abilities like the [ELS] Florida Highway Patrol 2004 Mercury Marauder 1.0, the lights don't work. I always had a hellva time with this so if someone could either show me or walk me through this issue. Please and Thank You!

It looks beautiful with the ELS cruisers, however they kinda act a little weird on one of the vics and raptor I have and I think they are both ELS able.
When I go to install any car skin or any pack what-so-ever, it says I need these files:
Update, x64, Dlcpacks, Patchday3, Dlc.rpf, x64, Levels, GtaV, Vehicles.rpf.
the only problem I have is, I don't have the x64 file. How or where do I get it?
I was able to get it to download it from google chrome, I feel like an idiot; however I do need help with the other scripts like when I do a traffic stop and the radio doesn't work, I've downloaded it and it pops up when I hit left on the d-pad but I can't call for a tow truck for a car or run a plate. Did I forget to download something? and could y'all help me with the controls on how to play LSPDFR; I feel stupid cause I have no idea what I'm doing.
I just recently purchased a $700 gaming computer and GTA V. I went to download LSPDFR and it took without a hitch; however when I went to install the Rage Hook; It failed, it was blocked and deemed "UNSAFE" by my computers safety system. Now I've done everything to bypass this problem from reporting it safe to Microsoft to turning off all my firewalls and defender to no avail. I am seriously raging over here because my computer is stopping me from completely installing this simple mod to GTA, This was the main reason why I bought this computer, to play LSPDFR and now I cant because of the fraking safety protocol!!!! Normally I wouldn't care about it but this has become a problem for me.
Can someone please either help me get a "Safe" Version of Rage Hook in order for me to continue my installation of LSPDFR or help me to find a way around this problem.
Please and Thank You
I was going through the different police are skins and I couldn't find one for the county I live in, mostly I'm finding S.O. from other parts of the state but none from Martian County . Now I'm having one being made that is a specialty cruiser for the county of Martin, a DUI Taxi; but not a regular patrol car from Martian County. Could anyone make this skin for the Impala? I believe this is a '06-'16 Model.
Thanks

I was wondering if anyone has created uniforms for Sheriff's office agencies in Florida?
I'm having a Sheriff's Crown Vic livery being created for Marin County and would like to have the uniform to go along with it.
Thanks

It's Perfect with the ALPRs on the trunk!
it looks completely amazing and I just downloaded the crown vic pack for it
You don't have to put the $20 fines on the trunk, the ALPS make it look more awesome. :D
Oh sorry, though you were talking about the car, haha, its just north of Palm beach
The lawyer fines on the trunk would be perfect.
It's a bit warm over her in Florida
The "Martin County" is at the bottom between the front and rear doors, I think its in the picture I posted.
Your correct on where I live
Police ride is around $2,000 since the whole DUI will run between $3,000 up to $10,000 in the state of Florida.
Yes I would like the detailed bill on the hood and the trunk too, both pictures will work great
and that's fine with more pictures tonight, I hear France is awesome :D
You are okay my friend, if you could keep it on the Ford Crown Victoria model and if you would keep the MCSO (Martin County Sheriffs Office) look too.
I can't wait to see it and Thank you
I've seen a lot of great Sheriff's Office designs but none from Martin County and was wondering if anyone out there in the world of the internet that knows how or if they could design a Crown Vic Skin with this design from this agency.
