go to this directory C:Program Files (x86)Rockstar GamesGrand Theft Auto IVLCPDFR or C:Program Files (x86)SteamSteamAppscommonGrand Theft Auto IVGTAIVLCPDFR then click on the LCPDFR Diag tool. Could you also let me know what your Vehicle Density is in the pause menu. If its higher then 50 you'll spawn heaps of vehicles. Then change the Limit of cop cars in pursuit and the limit of cops on foot in pursuit to your liking. Could you also let me know what your Vehicle Density is in the pause menu. While your still in the Diag check the boxes that say No Camera Focus on world events, Disable random police chatter so you don't get the annoying police chatter, Skip transporter cutsceneIf its higher then 50 you'll spawn heaps of vehicles. Another thing to do is if you want to boost some performance change to windows classic theme. This is to MY liking so dont do it if you dont want too! first you'll have to arrest him BUT DONT CALL FOR TRANSPORT. hit the key to grab him when his is arrested and move him over to the side walk. then right-click or left-trigger him to bring up another menu, tap left bumper and he gets let go. Just redo what you did to stop him and TADA!!! you have the ped you pulled over on the sidewalk! There is another mod which stops cars from over taking you when they get close. If that doesn't help you'll have to wait until somebody who knows this can help but its just easier to leave the ai to do its thing. change the theme to windows classic, turn off extra programs running the task bar and turn off the services you dont need. also when your about to play reboot since when you reboot you shouldn't start with heaps of services or start with heaps of programs either Good luck

ok man, i know you'll get annoyed but i hope you have a backup! Lose the following ELS v7 (replace with V8 and make sure that your police models are working correctly) Turn Down the ENB and if you want lose the custom cars that are not police. Turn Down the Graphics so change graphics to medium-high ( not so high) BEFORE YOU GO INTO GAME CHANGE THE THEME TO WINDOWS CLASSIC TO BOOST PERFORMANCE AND TURN OFF OTHER SERVICES YOU DONT NEED

its just the way it is! Just use the advanced install until they fix it

ok so what you do is copy paste the police and police2 words which is time consuming but worth the time you take. 2. Say you want your first skin to go in the Bohan area you find out what police_sign_* or cvpi_sign_* it is. Say the skin is the Police_sign_1 (In openIV or whatever texture viewer you have) you would set it out like this in the ALM.ini like so police=0 so skin 1 in OpenIV is skin0 in ALM.ini then skin2 in openiv is skin1 in alm.ini etc. if you get it good luck to you! enjoy and hope you understand! have you tried to see if there is audio files in there LCPDFR folder in the root. (hint!!! - dont just ALT TAB you pause the game then hit your home button then you can press the start button!) also try to update your audio drivers there could also be a broken piece of code. Good Luck

LCPDFR does not support cracks and yes that is a very big problem since you could have pirated the game. This is as far as your going to get until you can prove that you have a legit copy of GTA IV itself. I know some people dont have the money but pirating is illegal Please do not backseat moderate - Staff

Did you uninstall the LCPDFR 1.0 then intstalled the LCPDFR 1.0C? try that if that doesn't work try to get LCPDFR of GTA IV since GTA IV is easier to mod
