This kit contains everything needed to create your very own fleet of NC/LCPD vehicles! All skins and unit numbers,
although not accurate to the exact number, are based off of their real life counterparts, and are as close to
accurate as possible. In addition to the skins, I have included all of the components necessary to fully
convert gfxle's Honolulu PD CVPI into an almost perfectly accurate representation of the actual NCPD CVPI's!
All skins were hand painted by CG Blaze (aka Xoriss).

This release contains the following:

1998+ Crown Victoria
Recommended Model: Honolulu PD CVPI (w/ Edge) by gfxle

- 4x Nassau patrol/beat unit skins, individually numbered.
- 2x Nassau bonus skins, 1 Emergency Ambulance Bureau, 1 Supervisor (4 digits)
- 4x Liberty patrol/beat unit skins, individually numbered.
- 2x Liberty bonus skins, 1 Emergency Ambulance Bureau, 1 Supervisor
- 2x Trim setups (1 cutoff at the PD logo, the other rear door trim only, for compatible cars only)
- 1x Lightbar glass edit for gfxle's CVPI (Not tested on other CVPI's!)
- 1x Emissive texture for gfxle's CVPI (Not tested on other CVPI's!)

NOTE: When using these textures in conjunction with gxfle's model, use the following ELS settings and flash patterns
for best results.

Recommended Model: Lt. Caine's AMBS v1.3M [ELS-H]

- 4x Nassau Emergency Ambulance Bureau skins
- 4x Liberty Emergency Ambulance Bureau skins
- 1x Debadge texture (removes the "STEED S-450" badge, it blocks the NC/LCPD logo)
NOTE: To get it to spawn with white rims, edit the AMBULANCE line in the "carcols.dat" file to read 113,113,113.

Copyright? There is no copyright. That's silly. You can edit these however you desire, just don't be that guy
who releases someone else's work as their own. No one wants to be that guy, and in such a smallish community
such as this, you'll be found out real quick.
If you want to release an edited version of any of these skins for some reason, that's fine, just email them
to me and I'll approve (or disapprove) it.
From time to time, I will also do requests. Feel free to shoot me your ideas for a skin.
