    I also didn't understand this when I was new. This mod helped me a lot to figure it out https://nl.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/more-police-cars-to-add-v1-2 I have added 10 emergency vehicles in the game right now, so let me know if this helps you too.

    Hi guys, Here is my release of the GTA V LSPD Voices for GTA IV I suck at making video's so I hope someone could do that for me. I took me hours to made this, so I hope you enjoy this mod. I used the female officer audio by Sam also, which you can also find in the readme. All the other officers like; Male Cop, Sheriff, Noose, FBI and Helicopter did I do. Enjoy the mod!

    Hi, I once downloaded the female voice from the LSPD cop into GTA 4, but I looked on Youtube and found a male, noose and sheriff voice too. Is there anybody who could change that voices in GTA 4 too? I can do it as well, but I think it's too many work haha MALE VOICE SHERIFF & NOOSE VOICES
