im working on Illinois service pack and Chicago pd is the main dept in it will be out soon you need to download medics dlc, search on youtube gta 5 how to install medics vehicles and watch all the tutorial, it also works with any addon dlc you just need to edit the vehicle.meta and other files to make it work for any addon dlc

simple fix for the lod is changing the lod distance in vehicle.meta either to 350.000 or 500.000 works for me. but nice work
