    Pretty nice skins, just a couple of things. K9 won't have highway safety division on the truck or be a stealth veh. The number on the door will also be different for k9 (35-xxx). The stealth vehicles/otu vans won't have lightbars on them It's tough to tell but it doesn't look like the lightbars are the exact arjent model. Hope this helps

    I know i'm late to the party but i figured i'd chime in. Light blue is aux and special constable, dark blue for constable-sgt, white for staff sgt and above. White shirts have a smaller and different shoulder flash. Yellow is on the newer molle vests which not everyone has or wants.
