Guess I'm fresh out of luck then, thanks for the help anyway.

This has already been said, but another favorite quote of mine: "Put your dancin shoes on buddy we about to tango baby"

So I'm randomly checking people for IDs. If they do have them I let them go. If they don't have them sometimes I'll let them go but most of the time I handcuff them.
 
So I walk into the Internet Cafe making sure people have their ID's. I check two people and they have their id's. The next person had his id and somehow he was wanted for kidnapping. So I arrest him right on the spot. I'd say that's pretty good detective work.
 
What comes next is interesting. I ask the next person to show me her id.. She refuses her so I press the e button to arrest her and before I do I ask her for her ID card again. Her ID card shows she has an arrest warrant for murder. Again pretty good detective work I'd say, walking to people, ask for id and it shows he/she's wanted.

Oh, and I'm a new poster here. Been wanting a mod where I could be a cop. Been searching for cop mods for a while and voila, found this mod. and I LOVE it.
