does latest NFS has cop feature like NFS hot pursuit 2010?

stupid o me, i dunno why it keep crash my game on certain degree look like i have to reinstall the mod again. anyway about the evidence, i collect them with helper but how to upload them?

heard that is a common problem, if low spec pc can't handle some hi poly cars, it just spawn taxi which easy to code with., that what i heard from.
