British Style Hats...
Using OpenIV find the EUP file for your hats.
mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\eup\dlc.rpf\x64\eup_componentpeds_p.rpf\
open the matching files and replace the textures.
 
Use EUP menu to select the hat you need.
 
Do not copy the hats or use in FiveM without permission.

Change the name of the cars to the ones above and just swap the texture files.
