Soon enough friend, RC3 will be out and the AI will be improved a lot. Until then all we can do is wait for the LCPD:FR devs to finish their amazing work. If you would like a modification that improves the AI driving when your on patrol I suggest the Less Overtake mod. That will definitely help you on the roads. A good example would be when your stopped at a traffic light and usually the AI would just smash the back of your cruiser to get through but with the mod installed they will stay back a safe distance and you can drive in traffic normally. Are you only using LCPD:FR? If that's not the case then some other mods that you have installed might be hindering you're game from working properly. The only solution I have come up with is running the game as administrator. Windows 8 was kinda of a disappointment to me personally. Just trying deleting your root directory folder and then reinstalling the game. Hope this helps .

By default there is no radar gun device included in the LCPD:FR modification. However you can install the dash cam mod created by Sniper296 and with that comes a radar system that allows you to set up speed traps and prevent dangerous drivers in Liberty City from causing harm to others on the road . I suggest using F5544's Improved State Trooper modification as that will add in two new pairs of glasses in game. One pair you can easily equip using Simple Native Trainer and the other pair, as far as I know, you can only equip by going to the Russian Clothing Store right near Niko's apartment. There you just have to buy the glasses. I suggest using the pair you buy from the store as those are just all black sun glasses. The other pair is just some regular more modern looking glasses. Hope this helps .

I use windows 8 and have just about the same problem, lets just say windows 8 isn't meant for gaming. I suggest running the game as administrator. That's what I do. If that doesn't work the only other option is to switch back to windows 7. Hope this helps .

This week has been a heart wrenching week in Menifee, CA. 11 year old boy Terry Smith was reported missing this week and on this day, Thursday June 11th, remains of what seems to be Terry Smith were found by Sheriffs deputies. As myself living in Menifee it is a terrible thing to think that something like this could happen in our community. I personally did not know Terry but even so, I still feel grieved knowing we lost a member of our community because of someone's foolish actions causing his death. Right now the Riverside County Sheriff's department has arrested what most believe is Terry's 16 year old half brother. I will update this thread as things progress with the case right now. True, Rockstar did post about wanted a talented programmer being able to port future titles to the PC. Now this doesnt automatically mean GTA V is for PC. However, I doubt Rockstar would just forget about PC gamers and not release the game for computers. I am sure in due time it will be announced that they are bringing the game over to PC.

Hello, I was curious if this could be done. The regular police officers in gta 4 have the option of two hat choices. The first one being the normal Cop Hat and the second one being their helmet (in other words their hat that they wear when it rains). Now I just need help figuring out how to replace just their helmet (second hat option) with a helmet of my choosing. If anyone can help that would be great!
