i am seriously pissed off coz this .95 mod has crashed my game now someone better tell me how to fix it now!!!

Someone help plz, i think LCPDFR is crashing my gta iv when i try load it up it just says gta iv has stopped working. i tried the diagnostics and that was useless because i run it and it was giving me ticks then that crashed aswell and now it crashes every time. i have looked at the LCPDFR 0.95 folder and all the programs are listed (scripthook, advancedhook, ect) i look through all the programs on my laptop and none of them are there. HELP!!!!!!!!!

Since nobodys gonna help me then at least tell me how to get .91 working btw i already have it installed

btw im new at this mod stuff and i got my game yesterday and its brand new
