I mean honestly, the team here is pretty tight nit and really work hard on the mod for hours every day. Posting something like this won't make them go any quicker, and instead of showing appreciation it seems like a sense of entitlement.
The team could have given up at any point due to Rockstar's attempts at prohibiting mods, or at least making them harder to make, but they're still here producing content for the players here, including yourself. Be patient, because I know from first hand experience the one thing that developers hate the most is being rushed and not appreciated.

As Jamiestevens pointed out Ragehook may not work with cracked versions of the game and that is required when playing LSPDFR so you may be out of luck or I would sell your other copies and buy a PC which ever suites you best.
