    I don't like the HUD of EFLC so I use GTA IV original for LCPDFR. Though I think there was a HUD mod which gives the original GTA IV hud for EFLC... forget where I saw that.

    I've played the main story so many times, so I have the ELFC pack and save the other two stories for legit playing and use the main game for LCPDFR.

    GTA IV is just the root game, with Niko Belic. The Complete Edition contains the root game, plus Episodes from Liberty City (which is the two DLC packs).
