This mod was made for personal use but after a couple request, now I decided to release it. This mod was based of Custo Police-Noose Outfit V.2

Thanks to Custo for the help and allowing me to release this version of this mod...

LCPD Just like NYPD OFFICER...

This is nothing special but just a conversion of the strooper from the game to look like an NYPD Highway Patrol Officer, I know the boot texture is not perfect but i tried my best...
