    After being requested I am releasing a Los Santos State University CVPI, which is a replica of the Ohio State version.  It is also for BxBugs123's 1.7, and 1.8 CVPI.

    This is my first uploaded skin.  I felt the need to replicate this as close as I could to honor the bravery shown by officers on OSU's campus a few days ago.  I'm sure there are some imperfections in the skin, but hopefully you all will enjoy.  Thanks
