    He is not missing files, the startup.rphs was corrupted. 
     
    Rename the LSPDFR folder in /Plugins to _LSPDFR.
    Let's see if it's an isolation issue.

    Just to add you are missing some files for Clear the way V, EUP Menu and Foot Pursuit Aid. This shouldn't cause your crash but is just an FYI

    Could you try removing/disabling Better EMS?

    Remove SimpleCallouts and make sure you are using the vanilla keys.ini for LSPD:FR.
    You should also delete startup.rphs in your GTA V folder, it still has your old, wrongly installed plugins listed, despite you having removed them.

    Already went with temporarily getting them out until I isolate the crash cause. It was done on the old startup.rphs at the time. 🙂
