Hey guys, I just wanted to say "wow". I'm really excited about LSPDFR. I'm very busy since several months but I'll probably be back sometimes to continue this awesome aventure with you. We had a lot of great moments while on LCPDFR/GTA4

Well, just wanted to say that 1.0a is truely awesome. You (team) did an excellent job here. A lot of changes since 0.95 version. I've reinstalled GTA IV

Sorry, but I have stuff to do IRL, and I have a lot of other games. So, yeah, I'm not really here currently, is that a problem ? I don't think so, all members are able to answer, so even if I'm not here, it's not my fault if nobody answers your question. --------- @estradal : try to find the original visualsettings.dat file somewhere (or ask to a friend). I think that you really need a clean and fresh install (talking about data files and modded cars too).

Et bien sûr n'oublie pas de bien virer tout ce qui est dans le dossier du jeu, histoire d'être certain de ne plus laisser aucune crasse et repartir sur une base vraiment saine. Ensuite procède par étapes : installation, test du jeu, install du patch, test du jeu, install de LCPDFR (comme il faut, voir ma doc), test du jeu, etc...

J'ai lu, mais je vois pas ce que ça te coûte de refaire une install propre, même si le DL va durer quelques heures/jours, ce qui est toujours mieux que de poireauter plusieurs jours/semaines en attendant un miracle devant l'écran...

Learn VisualBasic.NET (easier) or C# (deeper), then read documentations about GTA IV specific coding. You won't make a script in one day, you have to learn, test, fail, work harder, etc... From my modding tools topic :

Yeah you have an "ELS" folder in GTA IV root folder. Inside you'll find one or several ini files; corresponding to one or several cars. As Matosh said, be sure to read the ELS User Guide provided in ELS7 archive.

Fais le ménage et réinstalle-le, tu as forcément dû foirer un truc pour que le jeu ne fonctionne plus du jour au lendemain.

Regarde la documentation en français épinglée dans ce forum, tu as la réponse, et bien plus encore.
