You can't fix that !! This is by ELS , if you car shakes a lot that means that you have too many lights on them , go to ELS.ini and correct Settings!

Yeah I can help you , I had the same problem , just delete all trainer stuff , run the game as administrator then exit it , put trainer again , the again run as administrator . It helpes me !!

Hey I know one great car for ELS v7 , the car is on gtapolicemods.com . Bxbugs123 Caine unit K9 . I have that car , and it looks so cool with ELS v7. :D

Hey can any1 tell me what do I need to do ?? When I put more lights on police car it only works one , EXAMPLE: Talon, XT6_Series, Wheelen_Justice,and so on..... Only one light bar works , others not ! So can anyone help me?? I can't find the tutorial!!

You must first make this (My Computer->C://-->Program Files-->Rockstar games--> GTA IV Folder (Properties) -->uncheck the box Read only and click Apply) --> NOW INSTALL LCPD FIRST RESPONSE MOD !!! I can't help you with others problems

when you are ingame press left Alt+Enter

I'm running Win7 and it's not matter what OS you using it's matter you're computer specs...

Are you running ELS ? if you running ELS and you have low graphic card you're game will crash.
