I have the same problem! Its so annoying. It came about when I got permanantly banned on GTA Online (wasnt my fault and I'm trying to appeal the ban). I read on one website that this error comes because you've been banned permanantly online? I dont know whether its true or not... Windows 7 64bit Intel i7 3632QM 2.2GHz (turbo to 3.2) 8GB RAM 2GB GeForce 645m 2GB The game was running fine up until I got banned on GTA Online as now I cant even get into single player.

Hello all! how are you? Just want to thank all those who are involved in the creation of LCPDFR and this website and all other GTA IV mods. Thank you! I got a suggestion for a callout in LCPDFR. Why not create a call-out for racers racing in the streets of liberty city? It can be like Need for speed lol, where choppers can be called in, road blocks with spike strips, etc. I think this would be a great edition to the call-out system. Thoughts and opinions please

Nah those mustangs aren't all that. Or maybe converting the Mustang police car in the YouTube video I posted to ELS? I don't know alot about this stuff but would it be difficult and long to convert a car to ELS?

nah its not the same :P However: that mustang looks pretty awesome, but the lights just wreck it up because its non-els there really needs to be an els version!!

Hello all :) how are all of you? I want to make a modification request for GTA IV. Could someone create a police car which is identical to the police car named barricade in the movie Transformers. Thank you. :) I believe its a Mustang Saleen (correct me if im wrong).
