Vehicle has long-gun partition mount, IPad, Motorola O2 Radios, Stalker Radar Unit that displays users actual vehicle speed, LoJack and equipped with StarChase and more.  Equipped with Steady burn lights and the Spotlight etc. activated by headlight high-beams plus extra_11 Takedowns,

Windows are templated for tinting & Breakable with working gauges.

A collection of patches (some of which are used by FiveM) to improve stability, reduce texture loss and actually use your system's available resources as much as possible.

Please note that this script is designed for high end systems with 8GB or more of GPU memory and more than 8GB of system memory available to be used solely by the game, although this is configurable via the included INI file.

Requirements
An ASI loader like the one included with ScriptHookV "dinput8.dll".
Installation
Place "GTAV.ResourceAdjuster.asi" & "ResourceAdjuster.ini" into your Grand Theft Auto V folder.

Non ELS/FiveM vehicles are a WIP and will start being released the first quarter of this year. I'm releasing some of my old builds or cars that was sitting up collecting dust in the dump file.
 
 Before anyone start complaining these are old vehicles that were in an extra file where I scratched either the project or the vehicles, and these are my old builds. I have great supporters on Patreon and they get a lot of exclusive stuff so I thought it would be cool especially before Christmas to release them. If you have any issues the necessary files are included. Please use my tutorial links and files,. if you still have an issue try google. Then if you still can't figure it out message e on discord. This is another pack from the vault, HIGHLY REQUESTED and here it is.
I no longer have the files to these vehicles, I can not fix any mistakes.
Each model has 3 stages of ELS lighting and takedowns.
 
  This pack is configured to use ELS which allows for realistic patterns and three light stages.

Based off of a Georgia Police Ghost unit, this pack started as a 2016 Dodge Charger and sprouted into the super ultra mega pack that it is now.
I released these on this day as a tribute to the victims of 9/11. It's an upsetting day for some families, individuals and communities. This is my way of supporting you. God bless.

For some reason people need to know how to install this. I have a custom game and DO NOT install over the default vehicles.
But here is a way to install...
Using OPENIV, navigate to: GTA V/update/x64/dlcpacks/patchdayXXng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf and drop the .ytd and .yft files in there. The ELS VCF for this vehicles goes into "Grand Theft Auto V/ELS/pack_default PatchdayXXng stands for the latest patchday folder, which would be Patchday19ng by the time I'm writing this.

I highly suggest using these as ADDONS. I do not replace vanilla cars in my game so I am unsure of how to replace vanilla vehicles!
