    I figured it out by uninstalling lspdfr and all related mods and reinstalling so thank you guys for the help!

    Do you still get the crash when you have no mods or plugins installed? I mean with only LSPDFR installed and nothing else.

    Rename the mods folder to _mods and tell me if it works. If it works, it means that one of the mods is causing the problem and you need to uninstall them one by one until the game works.

    The file listed below does not belong in the GTA V/plugins folder. Please remove it (and reinstall it according to the README).
