Download CommonDataFramework and install it in GTA 5 > plugins > LSPDFR.
Download ParksTools.dll & ParksTools.pdb from Police Tape 3.2 and install it in the main Grand Theft Auto V folder.
Download IPT.Common and install it in the main Grand Theft Auto V folder.
Download RawCanvasUI from Callout Interface 1.4.1 and install it in the main Grand Theft Auto V folder.
Download PyroCommon.dll & PyroCommon.ini from SuperCallouts 4.0.0.2 and install it in the main Grand Theft Auto V folder.
Download CommonLibSparky81x from LSPDFR Policer Advanced - Modern Policing Plugin for LSPDFR 1.5.0 and install it in the main Grand Theft Auto V folder.
Delete RagePluginHook.log, launch the game, then upload it again.
