DESCRIPTION
This MOD changes the Japanese license plate MOD, which previously only displayed fixed numbers, to generate random numbers. When introducing Japanese emergency vehicles in LSPDFR and similar games, this makes the scenery look more authentically Japanese.
Provided you give credit to the original creator, you may create anything based on this mod.

INSTALLATION
1.Add this texture files in
C:/Program Files (x86)/Steam/steamapps/common/Grand Theft Auto V/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/patch2023 02/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf/vehshare.ytd
or
C:/Program Files (x86)/Steam/steamapps/common/Grand Theft Auto V/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/EMF/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehshare.rpf/vehshare.ytd

2.Overwrite carcols.ymt as described in the ReadMe.
C:/Program Files (x86)/Steam/steamapps/common/Grand Theft Auto V/mods/update/update.rpf/x64/data/carcols.ymt

3.Overwrite LicensePlateChanger.ini as described in the ReadMe.
