    I selected ALL files from ScripthookV, dropped into game directory, relaunched, and it loaded right up.

    FIXED IT!!!

    Basically when i was putting LSPDFR into the games folder, I was having it overwrite scripthookv (the one in the LSPDFR install doesnt work)

    God i'm dumb.
