My "EUP" is simply a collection of retextures for existing assets.
 
Installation Instructions
Step 1: Installing the Shirt Texture
Open the shirt texture file you wish to install.
Navigate to the following directory in your file explorer: GTAV/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/eup/dlc.rpf/x64/eup_componentpeds.rpf/mp_m_freemode_01_mp_m_importexport_01
Locate the file named jbib_diff_14_b_uni.ytd.
Open the file using EDIT MODE (usually within OpenIV) and press REPLACE.
Locate your custom shirt texture file, select it to REPLACE the original, and press SAVE.
Extra: If you wish to use this texture for the short-sleeve and long-sleeve (no tie) variants, follow the same steps but also replace both jbib_diff_007_b_uni.ytd and jbib_diff_004_b_uni.ytd.
Step 2: Installing the AVS Plate Carrier Texture
Open the AVS plate carrier texture file you wish to install.
Navigate to the following directory: GTAV/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/eup/dlc.rpf/x64/eup_componentpeds.rpf/mp_m_freemode_01_mp_m_january2016
Locate the file named task_diff_001_a_uni.ytd.
Open the file using EDIT MODE and press REPLACE.
Locate your custom plate carrier texture, select it to REPLACE the original, and press SAVE.
Step 3: Installing Badges
Ensure you have downloaded the NYPD Uniform Pack [EUP 8.1 / 8.2].
Once downloaded, only install the badges from that pack.
All done!
This is my first retexture. I know these might not be perfect, but I'm fairly new at this. I might make more vest replacement textures in the future!
