About the Pack:
I have had this pack just sitting here for a while now. I started this project again, fixed some issues, replaced some outdated equipment, and now I have it ready to release. Again, since this pack is "older", I suspect that there will be some issues that were not discovered in testing. Please be patient and report all bugs so I can get them fixed ASAP. This pack was created with the image of a department that has lesser funding than others. I liked the idea of the "older" liberty I with the Dominator and the Avengers. I know this pack isn't super plentiful with the lighting, but I do believe this offers some realism to departments with minimal funding. The side runners were a last minute addition to spice up the pack, and give it a tad bit more lighting. I know the Pro-Guard pushbar is not commonly used, but I like creating content that is unique. Description
This mod adds police vests, belts, and other equipment to GTA V.
Features
The vests fit properly with various outfits! No awkward gaps or improper sizing!
Realistic gear such as earpieces and realistic vests!

Installation
First, install EUP.
To use the new vests, you must install this mod too.
 
It is strongly recommended to back up the original files before installation!
Open the File folder.
Using OpenIV, navigate to:
Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\eup\dlc.rpf\x64\eup_componentpeds.rpf
Open the corresponding folder (e.g., vest, earpiece, etc.), and place the folder (e.g., mp_m_freemode_01_mp_m_vinewood) that contains the files you want to use.
In-game, change the TASK category.
If your character’s vest (or other item) has changed to the one you installed, the installation was successful.
If installed correctly, the added folders should look like this:

[ELS] Blaine County Police Department [Replace & Add-on]

Information:
Happy Summer ya'll. I present today the police department for Blaine County. It's losely based off Chelsea, MA, with the older units sporting a better livery than Chelsea's old design. This is a massive pack, and covers Chargers, Rhino units, a K9 unit, marked and slicktop patrol units and unmarked units. The lighting is based of MA state lighting, so is primarily all blue (with no red and blue option).
 
If you're interested in the bigger BETA pack which covers nearly all of Northern San Andreas, including Paleto Bay, Senora PD, Forest Fire Control, Dept. of Conservation and BCPD, you can get the newest version for free on my discord.
 
This pack includes 40 vehicles. They are listed in the spoiler below:
 
This pack is solely an addon pack, but replaces both SHERIFF and SHERIFF2 slots. The vehicles names and spawn names can also be found in the ReadMe. You can spawn these using a simple trainer in-game.
