    Okay, this usually happens because you have a plugin that is no longer compatible with LSPDFR. You need to start the game without rage to make sure it's not something else. If it works, it's not game file related.
     
    If it worked load into the RPH menu (Hold Shift when you start the plugin). Under the general tab the second box it will show the timeout threshold, it will be set at 10000. Change that to 60000. Then go over to the Plugin tab. Uncheck LSPDFR. Start the game using the rage shortcut. If it loads then it's a plugin you installed and need to take some of them out. I can probably guess a few. Lmk if you ever got it fixed.
     
    Edit: It does look like it is "DutyGarageMenu" tho. Likely referring to something with the vehicles. That's when it all starts to fall apart.
