and I see what you mean, it's reporting Policing Redefined as the cause but you have all the dependencies installed. I recall others having issues with PR and GrammarPolice together but they should work. I would try without one and see if it stops

I've basically tried everything possible but a fresh windows install, windows 11 is sh*t anyway, its not just LSPDFR I've had problems with, never had a problem running 10 IOT LTSC.

Ok I see, I did a windows 11 update and it’s never worked since then, am currently running Windows 11 IOT LTSC but going to do a fresh install of Windows 10 IOT LTSC, once I get it all set backup I’ll report back.

Okay so the log is just repeating the D3D error. I suspect windows may have deleted a .dll or another vital RPH file. Make sure nothing is missing from the game folder and also ensure that you have full read/write permissions for the game folder (folder properties > security) and see if it still happens.
