this is a lore-friendly german customs/douane patrol car. I've used the Bürgerfahrzeug Odyssey, to make a patrol car based on the current fleet of the german Zoll.
installation:
drop the odysseydezoll folder into your mods/update/x64/dlcpacks folder and add the entry
<Item>dlcpacks:/odysseydezoll/</Item>
in the dlclist.xml file in the mods/update/update.rpf/common/data folder.
for fivem or anything else the files are in the metas and model folders
or ELS version: drop the odysseydezoll.xml into your ELS/pack_default folder
thanks to @Norweg it has 4 liveries (new gen + old gen, variants with "WIR BILDEN AUS" (employment sticker) and Finanzkontrolle Schwarzarbeit (illegal labour enforcement))
it is recommended to use the non-els version for singleplayer
ELS version:
the matrix (+ rear warning flasher) can be activated by enabling SEC-lighting
takedown and scene lights are also bound to their respective keys
if you want to disable the rear warner, disable it in the ELS file.
NON-ELS version:
the rear warning flasher can be activated using extra 9
the front matrix can be activated using extra 7
the rear matrix can be activated using extra 8
(takedown and scene lights are unavailable)
DONT UNLOCK, MODIFY OR TAKE ASSETS FROM THE MODEL.
the plate is "XXX*XXXX" while `*` needs to be spaced out ingame, to work. with the provided template you could move the sticker to another space.
a reflective layer option is also available, it is only visible in the _high (L0) file.

this is a lore-friendly german police car. I've used the Benefactor Imperial, to make a patrol car based on North Rhine-Westphalia
installation:
drop the imperialdepol folder into your mods/update/x64/dlcpacks folder and add the entry
<Item>dlcpacks:/imperialdepol/</Item>
in the dlclist.xml file in the mods/update/update.rpf/common/data folder.

however, you have to extract the va_imperialdepol.ycd and vehicles_imperial_interior.ytd out of the dlc.rpf, to make it able to spawn!
for ELS version: drop the imperialdepol.xml into your ELS/pack_default folder
