Deems got a reaction from Cyan in What if GTA 6 includes mounted police and horses in Vice City?
Okay, I know we’re all just speculating here and nothing’s confirmed yet, but it’s fun to think about.

I think it’s pretty apparent that we’ll see more realistic animals in GTA 6, especially considering how detailed and well-developed they were in Red Dead Redemption 2. It would honestly be a missed opportunity if Rockstar didn’t reuse at least some of those assets and animations.

That got me thinking… what if this is the perfect chance to introduce mounted police to the GTA universe? Horses in RDR2 were incredibly fleshed out, so why not bring them into GTA 6 as a rare but immersive feature?

I can imagine mounted units patrolling busy areas like Vice Beach, around landmarks, or near shopping centers. They could be mostly used for crowd control, not something you see all the time, just a cool touch of realism. Maybe they don’t spawn when you have a wanted level, but only show up during specific events.

Also, we haven’t seen anything yet about motorcycle cops, which I hope to make a comeback like they did in GTA V.

What do you all think? Could mounted police work in GTA 6?
