Solutions

  1. TheUnknownUs3r's post in GTA5 Not Reading Scripts Folder was marked as the answer   
    So I found a solution, Instead of using the normal version of ScriptHookVDotNet , I used the nightly version.
    Worked for me. Hope this also helps others.
