    Post your Ragepluginhook.log from the main gta folder, not from the logs folder.

    Delete TrafficPolicer, install Ultimate Backup: https://www.bejoijo.com/post/ultimate-backup. A file/folder from that plugin is missing.

    Delete the files from your plugins. Basically revert how you installed it…
