Installation:

1. Locate your "dlcpacks" through GTAV>Mods>Update>x64>dlcpacks

2. Place "lspdpackv1" from the DLC folder into dlcpacks.

3. Locate your "dlclist" in GTAV>Mods>Update>Update.rpf>Common>Data and paste the following line

<Item>dlcpacks:/lspdpack/</Item>

4. Save and exit

5. Place the ELS .xmls under the ELS Folder and place them in GTAV>ELS>Pack_default

6. Enjoy
