[ELS] San Andreas Highway Patrol Pack (FHP)

This is a remastered version of the FHP-based SAHP pack I released last year. Various aspects of the vehicles have been greatly improved and many bugs have been fixed. In addition, this is the first pack of mine to have reflective liveries.

You see this thing? Beautiful isn't it? Here I have a Brand New Dodge Durango that has hit the streets for the San Andreas Highway Patrol Criminal Interdiction Unit. This Durango is fully equipped with ALPR cameras, Radar System, and more !

I've added two seperate VCF's inside the file. I did a manual toggle vcf and an automatic toggle vcf. Many people have different preferences and so i've just went ahead and added both into the file.
 
IF YOU DO NOT KNOW HOW TO INSTALL THIS VEHICLE INTO YOUR GAME THEN I'D RECOMMEND JOINING MY DISCORD AND THERE YOU WILL FIND INSTALL TUTORIALS THAT WILL COME IN HANDY !
 
In order to add a livery to the vehicle, Go inside the Durango_hi.ytd and replace either (dur_sign_1-4) and save the ytd into openiv !

Been working on some vehicles recently and I thought about doing another truck. It's in the theme of my recent Unmarked releases and it also has some inspiration taken from my old 2018 RAM 2500.  I've given some customization options to choose what color rims you'd prefer for the vehicle, as opinions were mixed between black and silver.
