San Andreas Revised Statutes (SARS) – RP+ Charges and Citations

Thank you for checking out my Charges & Citations. As of v1, this list is going to undergo changes in organization, fine amounts, suspension, revocation, etc, to better suit the realistic-lore aspect that I want to use in my own personal game. Decided to do all of this after getting tired of hunting and pecking for charges that either weren't there, or were there but in the incorrect spot. These charges and citations are heavily influenced by both the State of Oregon and the Commonwealth of Kentucky, including verbiage from both. This will be more refined with time so bare with me.

Currently, the statutes go like this:
Crimes Against the State
Crimes Against Persons
Crimes Against Property
Crimes Involving Fraud/Public Deception
Crimes Against Public Order
Crimes Against General Welfare/Animals
Crimes Involving Commercial Motor Vehicles (CMV)

Citations are categorized like so:
Speed Violations
Document Violations
Moving Violations
Equipment Violations
Parking Violations
Pedestrian/Bicycle Violations
Commercial Motor Vehicle Driver Violations
Commercial Motor Vehicle Equipment Violations

As stated above, all of this subject to change with time. More charges and citations will be add however I wanted to share that I had so far, and update along the way.


Reports+ is what I use in my game so the likelihood of transferring this to anything else is slim, however I may consider it.

Keys & Definitions:

(V) = Violation
(W) = Warning
(M) = Misdemeanor
(F) = Felony


SARS 103.104 Agg. Identity Theft;
A person commits the crime of Aggravated Identity Theft when a person:
* Violates SARS 103.103 ten or more times
* Has prior convictions of Agg. Identity Theft
* Defrauds and/or Deceives losses of more than $10,000
* Is in possession of 10 or more IDs from 10 or more different people


SARS 102.115 / 102.116; UUMV & Poss. of a Stolen Vehicle key differences:
* UUMV - Operating a motor vehicle without effective consent of the owner, possible deprivation of ownership
* Poss. of a Stolen Vehicle - Intent to permanently deprive ownership, should reasonably know the vehicle is stolen

Noticing that there have been comments for a 3407 Build update and having issues myself, I wanted to attempt to take it upon myself to update @BlueSaints edit for FiveM. The rest of this description will be pulled straight from his upload. I am not taking any credit for this other than getting it up to date.

This is my first Non-ELS pack that I'm releasing. I tried my best to base it off of SJPD. Some details such as consoles, window bars, interior, and trunk interiors are inaccurate either due to part unavailability or no reference images to base them off of.
Currently the pack includes the 2016 FPIU, 2013 FPIU, and the 2023 Tahoe.

I will hopefully be updating this pack to include the 2016 FPIU K9 version, as well as the 2020 FPIU hardtop/K9 version. As well as updating the interiors and inaccuracies whenever I can. I am also planning on converting this pack to ELS, although that will not be released for a while.
