    you can try to disable antivirus i had to do that when your in the game alt tab then go to antivirus and activate it and it should work.

    go to openiv's settings specify the correct mods folder path where you want your mod to be stored and this should fix it if not their is more info on google here is the steps                   
    Open OpenIV: Launch the OpenIV application. 
    Access Settings: Go to the "Tools" menu and select "Settings". 
    Check the "Game Directory": Ensure that the "Game Directory" path in the settings points to the correct location of your Grand Theft Auto V installation folder. 
    Set the "Mods Folder":
    Existing Mods Folder: If you already have a "mods" folder in the correct location, navigate to it using the "Browse" button and select it as the "Mods Folder" within the settings. 
    Create a New Mods Folder: If you need to create a new mods folder, browse to the desired location in your GTA V directory and create a folder named "mods"
