Hello, I use the mod Computer+ with my game. And when I arrest someone, I create an arrest report. But I have some question because I don't understand everything. I'm French and there is some differences that I don't know... and I want to know more California laws - Someone can explain to me the degree for murder ? (Capital murder, Felony murder, Second degree...etc) - What is the difference between a battery and an assault ? Thank you :)

Hello, I've noticed my police scanner doesn't work. It was ok yesterday but today no... I have make some research but all the topic on this problem don't have solution, so i make a new one. Hi everyone ! I'm looking for a key to order to all civilians (pedestrian and drivers) to move out of a crime scene but not with panic. Because when i do : "evacuate area", all civilians move on, but it's the anarchy x) The drivers hit pedestrians or leave them cars... I know we can order to a civilian to move on, but it's very long and it's just for one... (I have to aim him, press E, press again E and hold it, press F11, F9...) So, have you got an idea ? I have an other solution... Can I add a line code in LCPDFR ? Add for example, a function on the quick action menu, and create something with other line code already existing ? It's just a proposition, i can imagine too ^^ But i had already think to modify LCPDFR before this, but i don't knew if it was possible...

Hi everybody. When i shot with a weapons, all civilians (in vehicules) in the area leave them. I know we can order them to get back in their car. But is there a key to order this to all civilians in the area ? Thank you and sorry if i make some mistakes, i have bad english :/

ScriptHook.dll, ScriptHookDotNet.asi and Xlive.dll are in my GTA IV ROOT folder I have a folder titled LCPDFR with all files It's the most recent version of LCPDFR I have Net Framework 4.5 and Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 (And I do the update of Windows Update Screenshot of my GTA directory in attachment GTA IV Directory.bmp I run the tool in advanced mod but it crash only when I generate a log, and only with this action. I play with LCPDFR and to see if there any problems after these modifications

I can start, I play without problems for about 30 minutes, then suddenly comes the message: "LCPDFR has encountered an error, restart the game" I uninstall and re-install it ! That's the same problem... Have you got a solution ?
