    Rockstar disabled Windows 7 & Windows 8 support at the start of February as Microsoft is discontinuing support for both. To my understanding, it was the only way to run ENB with singleplayer, unless someone has since last month figured out a way to get ENB to work without Windows 7 compatibility. You can still freely use QuantV though.
