I made a re texture for Hanako's vest 13 setup 3
you MUST have EUP VEST and EARPIECE downloaded, or it won't work these are just some simple semi realistic re texture for it
 
(File has the textures)
-Police w/o nametag
-Police K-9
-Military Police 
 
NOTE-
I'm getting used to doing textures so bear with me
I also added the pictures in the file as well as a READ ME if the YTD files don't work for some add reason just replace the YTD files that came with Hanako's vest YTD files with the pictures, but I made a quick drag a drop files to make it easier
 
UPDATES- 
I will be doing more of Hanako's vest textures in the future if any are recommended leave a comment 

two different color sheriff logos for vest and different vest color texture for reese degins vest, all credit goes to him all i did was the retexture for my own game and decided to tweak it a little i will be fixing the texture in the future if it anyone wants me to fix it/make more
 
Note: there is a little texture issue with the radio and bodycam nothing too serious at the moment but will eventually fix it
