    Instalation:
    Copy spdeup from spdeup.zip and drag it to mods/update/x64/dlcpacks
    Go to mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/dlclist.xml
    Go to the bottom of that file, add <Item>dlcpacks:/spdeup/</Item> below any other dlcpacks
