Welcome to Dynamic Lighting System, a full-fledged light control system that allows for in-depth control of the vehicle's lighting system.

DO YOU HAVE PROBLEMS WITH DLS?
Read all documentation included with DLS and verify any custom XMLs you made to make sure you haven't made a mistake while editing/creating configurations. If still giving errors, post it there or on my Discord Server or as an issue on the GitHub repository.     
DLS IS OPEN-SOURCE!
DLS is and will always be an open-source project and nothing around it will be behind a paywall. If you're someone with C# experience or programming experience in general and feel like contributing to DLS the help would be surely appreciated.     
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
DLS is not compatible with ELS as of release and there are no plans to support them. All vehicle configuration is set up in an external .xml file and allows for vehicle developers to still share the vehicle as functional non-ELS vehicles with all regular features. DLS is still in active development and future features are already planned. Do not post questions as Reviews as I'll not be able to answer it properly that way.

Ultimate backup (as of the file upload date) cannot currently use modkit liveries. I converted the modkit liveries to the kind that ultimate backup can use. All of the original benny's liveries are included in the conversion

NOTE: configured police5 and polgauntlet to be addons instead of replace vehicles, to avoid the headache. the police5 and polgauntlet in this pack are called police05 and polgauntlet01 in game

USE OPENIV
Place carcols.meta in mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\mp2023_02\dlc.rpf\common\data
Place vehicles.meta in mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\mp2023_02\dlc.rpf\common\data\levels\gta5
Place vehicle files (yfts and ytds) in mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\mp2023_02\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles\mp2023_02.rpf

Here we are! Livery megapack for OfficerArk's vehicles, I have fallen in love with them.

Updates maybe coming as I fix some minor issues, They aren't that noticeable. But I will still fix them. For example the FPIS has a bit of blur on the back where the roof connects to the rear.

Installation tutorial is in the Read me, I recommend you use it if you are new to modding.

San Andreas Highway Patrol Minipack, vehicles that should be in megapack, but i don't want to keep them on my disk for another year, so i decided to release them, pack will be updated when any bug will be found, or when i finish another vehicles.
 
Big thanks to actuallyToxic, for making that much stuff and for help with it.

INSTALLATION:

1. Start OpenIV.
2. Navigate to the mods folder
4. Move the provided folder inside: mods/update/x64/dlcpacks
5. Locate 'dlclist.xml': mods/update/update.rpf/common/data
6. Open it and add the following line to the bottom: dlcpacks:\barysahp\
7. If done correctly, the mod should be ready to use.
