Colonel Jacob's post in Game crash before loading plugins was marked as the answerproblem has been fixed
1. i was told to rename mods folder to "_mods" but after reinstalling i changed it back to "mods"
2. didnt think this made a difference but ill add it but my game crashed due to low memory so i turned down some of the graphic settings and the game works fine:)
